These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ShubhMilan’s website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age and eligibility requirements stated in the app for your region. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep your account secure.
Your account and conduct
You are responsible for activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the Services, harass others, post illegal content, attempt to circumvent security, or use automated means to scrape or abuse the platform except as we expressly allow.
Content
You retain rights to content you submit, and you grant us the licence necessary to operate the Services (for example, to host, display, and process your profile and messages). We may remove content or accounts that violate these Terms or our policies.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid features, if offered, are subject to the pricing and renewal terms shown at purchase and in the app. Where applicable, app-store billing terms also apply.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users or for interactions that take place outside our reasonable control. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Services is limited as set forth in any additional terms presented in the app or required by applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect users and the Services.
Governing law
Unless a different governing law is required where you live, these Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where applicable.
